No paywall this week! A no pressure to buy anything on sale for MDW newsletter.
It’s hard to believe we’ve already been swimming this year, more than once! It felt SO good to swim in the lake this week. I don’t think I realized how much I needed warm sun and fresh water.
We don’t have any set plans this weekend other than hopefully (fingers crossed) finally getting our plants in the ground. We’ve been waiting on a soil delivery and have lots of veggies, fruit, flowers, and herbs to plant in our raised beds.
On another note, I have been entirely overwhelmed and inundated with MDW sales. Without even looking, it’s been shoved down my throat. If you are feeling like you need to shop because stuff is on sale, give yourself a minute to process before hitting purchase. Sometimes just stepping away from technology helps us forget about the incessant messaging of consumerism that pushes us to spend money on things we don’t need, and probably don’t even really want. The only MDW sale thing I bought was the sunscreen I like (linked below) because I don’t have any left and I need sunscreen for summer. That’s it. Just saying. Wishing you all a great long weekend.
A quick note, I’m making this week’s CRL free for everyone. Please consider a subscription for $5/month or $50/year. Here’s what a paid subscription gets you.

My favorite sunscreen is 20% off. They have great mineral sunscreen options, these are my favorites.
It’s 30% off sitewide at Equilibria (the CBD brand I use). The sleep gummies and relief balm are two products I don’t go without.
If you need comfy, light shorts with an elastic waist, these look great.
My finger slipped and a reaction went up and I gave no idea what it was, so if it wasn’t appropriate, please forgive me. The shorts look cute but I’m afraid the slit would be too high. Hope u have a good weekend❤️
Thanks for the no paywall! Once some of my current other paid subscriptions expire, I hope to become a paid subscriber. I'm doing my own No Buy and really love your content around that.
